Serious bucks involved in repainting. We didn't burn the Duplex badly enough to repaint it, so I guess it and SS11 will finish their careers yellow. So once again, we have color coded engines. No longer can we ask, "Why are the empty hose beds yellow...?"
We had decided early on that we wanted a fixed deck gun. That gave us the ability to go above 1250. In researching Extend-A-Guns, we learned that the money is in getting a powered one in the first place. Going from a 3" to a 4" was less than a $400 upcharge. We also have the Monsoon fog tip (300 - 2000) for it that we got from TFT's "Clearance Corner" for less than $700. Couldn't resist!
